He made sure my vehicle was securely strapped onto the truck and handled it with real care, like it was his own. He took great care of my Ford Raptor after an accident. You can tell he's skilled and knowledgeable, but he also didn't rush — he was working hard to avoid further damage to the front end. He went above and beyond, and that takes experience and care.
